One day I'll get around to typing up the recipes I have in my binder. One day.

Cream of Mushroom Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
1 x 284mL (9.6 fl oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, condensed
142mL (i.e. half the can's worth) milk
1½ tsp seasoning salt
2 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano flakes
½ tsp table salt
approx. a palmful of grated cheddar cheese

Directions
In a medium saucepan over med-high heat (I used 6.5 out of the 10 my stove goes up to), add the soup and milk. Stir. Add spices, stir. Add grated/shredded cheese, stir until melted. Serve over pasta, such as tortellini.

Notes
I've found old cheddar works best for this recipe, as mozza gets too stringy and doesn't incorporate nicely into the sauce. Marble cheddar works but not as well as old cheddar. Kraft parmesan doesn't melt nicely either.

Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients
1 banana, ripe
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop protein powder of choice
1 tsp instant coffee (or to taste)
1 to 1.5 cups (8-12 fl oz.) milk of choice
3 ice cubes

Directions
Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth.
